I have just arrived this morning in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg. My two weeks in Moscow were totally fascinating, and I really took advantage of the short period I had to be back in the archives. I definitely spent the majority of my time there working super hard, and I look forward to returning to do more tourist stuff. By contrast, in Petersburg I’m really just making a quick tourist stop. I’ve never been to the city, and I’m looking forward to seeing the great monuments to Russian history and culture that the city is so famous for. I can’t wait to update this with pictures of beautiful Petersburg 🇷🇺
